Uniform is optional at Warmley Park School and College
We understand that every child has individual needs and preferences. Because many of our pupils have special educational needs and disabilities, wearing school uniform is optional.
Children are welcome to attend school in comfortable clothing that helps them feel safe, calm and ready to learn. Some pupils may experience sensory sensitivities and find certain fabrics, fastenings or styles uncomfortable, which can lead to sensory overload.
For families who would like to purchase school uniform, we aim to keep it simple, practical and affordable, in line with the Department for Education guidance on school uniform costs.
Uniform by stage
Nursery
There is no set uniform for Nursery. We recommend practical, comfortable clothing that is easy to put on and take off.
