Meet Your Family Support Lead

Aimee Nicholson

Lead Family Support Worker & Deputy DSL

My name is Aimee Nicholson and my role as Family Support Lead is to support children and their families throughout their time at school. I work alongside parents, carers, staff, and outside professionals to help remove barriers to learning and wellbeing. I understand that every family’s journey is unique, and I aim to provide a caring, supportive, and approachable service where families feel comfortable asking for help and working together to achieve the best outcomes for their child and whole family.
I aim to bridge the gap between home and school by building positive relationships and maintaining open communication with families. I have an open-door approach, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you need support, advice, or simply someone to talk to.
