At Warmley Park, we believe that open communication between home and school is essential for every child's wellbeing and progress. Whether you have a question about your child's day, a concern about their learning, or need to speak to a specialist — here's how we can help.
Who to contact
What do I do if I have a question or concern about my child's learning or wellbeing?
Class Teacher
Contact your child's class teacher via Seesaw or the school office on 01454 867272. They will be able to give a clear picture of how your child presents in school and discuss next steps. They will also liaise with colleagues if appropriate.
Family Support — Aimee
Aimee will support your family's needs and will signpost to agency support within the community.
Head of Inclusion — Georgia
Georgia will liaise with professionals, such as OT, speech and language, and will answer queries relating to your child's EHCP.
Pastoral Lead — Russell
Russell will work with your child's class team to identify and implement strategies to support your child's wellbeing and behaviour.
Lead Medical Officer — Jo
Jo will oversee your child's medication and liaise with health professions and help with the running of clinics.
Safeguarding Concerns
If you have concerns over the safety of your child or another child at school, please speak to one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads — Beth, Zoe, Amy, Aimee or Georgia.
Ways to contact us
Seesaw
Message your child's class teacher directly through the Seesaw app. This is the quickest way to stay in touch with day-to-day questions.
School Office
Call us on 01454 867272 during school hours. Our office team will direct your call to the right person.
Email us at school@warmleyparkschool.org.uk and we will ensure your message reaches the right member of staff.
